Liberty SBF may act as Lender or Agent for another Lender in the PPP Loan Program as it relates to your application. An application with Liberty SBF is not a guarantee that you will receive a PPP Loan.  Liberty SBF makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that any application will be approved or be submitted before funding is no longer available, in any particular order or at all, and any and all such representations, warranties or guarantees are hereby disclaimed. 

By submitting your loan application for a PPP Loan with Liberty SBF, the applicant hereby confirms that he or she (1) consents to the terms of SBA PPP Application 2483 including all borrower required certifications and verifications and credit gathering requirements of Liberty SBF, (2) consents to receiving calls and messages for marketing purposes, from Liberty SBF and its participating partners using the information you provided above, including via cell phone, (3) acknowledges that no purchase of goods or services is contingent upon such consent, (4) acknowledges that telephone calls to and from Liberty SBF or its partners may be recorded, (5) consents to receive email correspondence including advertisements for business financing and other products or services, (5) acknowledges that you understand that you may opt out of receiving communications of your choice from Liberty SBF.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT OR ESTABLISHING A NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP WITH LIBERTY SBF OR A LIBERTY SBF LENDING PARTNER

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Liberty SBF or its lending partner need to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual or legal entity that opens an account or establishes a customer relationship with Liberty SBF or one of its lending partners as well as identifying information regarding the beneficial owners of a legal entity that opens an account or establishes a customer relationship.

What this means for you: If you submit an application for a loan under the PPP loan program, you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth (as applicable) and other identification information. In addition, if you submit an application for a loan under the PPP loan program on behalf of a legal entity, we will ask for the names, addresses, dates of birth and other identification information of the beneficial owners of the legal entity. This information will be used to verify your identity and, in the case of a legal entity customer, the identity of the beneficial owners. As appropriate, in its discretion, Liberty SBF or its lending partner may ask for additional documentation or information. If all required documentation or information is not provided, Liberty SBF or its lending partner may be unable to open an account or establish a relationship with you.
